Tutrahi is in the valley of the hill, about 8 km south-west of Tilouthu. This is the most picturesque place in Rohtas district. Here, between two high hills on the north-west and south-east, a valley of about 1 mile long and full of greenery, the waterfall in front and the water of the river Kachhuar flowing from the middle of the valley presents a wonderful view. While this valley is about 300 meters wide in the east, it shrinks to only 50 meters in the west, where the waterfall falls from a height of about 180 feet in the end (west). There is a platform on its right (south) side within the waterfall at a little height. To go here, a ladder has been made from the south side. On the platform idol of Goddess Jagaddhatri Mahismardini Durga is placed. In the south, almost adjacent to this statue, the rock inscription divided into three parts up and down is of Nayak Pratap Dhaval Dev, which was written on 1 April 1158 A.D. , Saturday (1214 B.C.). A small temple (of Tutla Bhavani) has been built here. In recent times, this site has been developed as an eco-tourism destination by the forest department. All tourist facilities are available here including road, swing bridge, e-rickshaw.
